The so-called success benchmark refers to the success of a specific indicator, which can be used as a benchmark. If you want to improve the performance of the sales team, you can focus on the sales amount and payment ratio, and other indicators can be stopped later. This brings us to the first point to note.
The success of a specific indicator does not mean that all mobile number list other indicators are successful, and it does not mean that it is perfect. A well-performing sales may have poor attendance, and a well-effective operation may be labor-intensive. If you are demanding perfection, or you can't choose a benchmark at all, then the selected benchmark is too special to be replicated.
Using benchmark indicators, the target objects participating in the screening can be stratified to distinguish between high, medium and low. The simplest method is the decile method. That is, the target objects are sorted according to the benchmark indicators, and each 10% is divided into 1 group, a total of 10 groups, and then look at the differences between the groups to determine which group is used as the benchmark (as shown in the figure below).
