A “master” to-do list One unique thing that Bailey mentioned that I had never heard of before is also keeping a “master” to-do list by adding to your daily or weekly lists. This to-do list keeps track of the goals and things you want to accomplish in six specific areas of your life: Spirit Body emotions Career finance Relationships Fun Keeping track of a few goals in each of these areas and then keeping the list visible somewhere in your office or home can be an ongoing reminder of how your daily activities affect your high-level goals. Bailey said it inspired him to be more productive every day because he was reminded of how 'small' tasks impact something bigger, like losing 15 pounds or earning enough money to move on. on vacation in Thailand.
Advertising Continue reading below Maintenance day Finally, something Bailey introduced in his book that was a newer hair masking service concept to me was the idea of a dedicated “maintenance day”. People have mentioned this before, but Bailey recommends consolidating all your unwanted errands or regular chores into one day so you don't have to do a few chores every day. That way, your time six days a week can be focused on productivity with your three main tasks, instead of feeling guilty about not buying stamps or doing laundry. This author has identified which productivity methods work and which don't I started implementing this on Sundays and took the laundry idea even further - I only do my laundry every 3-4 weeks and do it at the same time.
It comes down to 5 or 6 loads of laundry, but it's done in one afternoon instead of trying to get me to do one or two loads a week. It's helped me not only to hate laundry less, but to make sure the guest bed isn't covered in clean clothes that have to be folded for weeks at a time.
