Things You Need to Know
At Perfect Camera Shop, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.
Inspection & Testing
Every camera is fully inspected and mechanically tested. Some of the more expensive cameras will be film tested. Each camera will say whether it has been mechanically or film tested in the listing.
If a camera is found to been in need of new light seals or anything of that nature the camera will receive the needed replacements.
Every lens is fully tested and cleaned. Any lens we sell is in 100% good working condition.
Know Before You Buy
We are happy to answer any and all of your questions about any camera no matter how minor. We want you to feel good about the camera you are buying and if you have questions we want to answer them. We encourage customers to ask whatever questions are on their mind and if you need advice on what camera to buy or what film to use or anything else you can think of please feel free to get in touch and let us help you out.
If you find there is something wrong with the camera you can send it back for repair, replacement (if possible) or your money back. You will have to ship the camera back at your expense.
Returned cameras will be film tested. In the unlikely event the camera has an overlooked issue a full refund will be made. If the camera is found to be working upon return no refund will be given and the camera will be shipped back to you at your expense. If the camera is found to be working as described, sample photos taken with the camera will be sent to you before we ship the camera back to you.
Every lens is fully inspected, cleaned and tested. An accurate description of the lens will be provided and no lens will leave our store that is not 100% working. Because of the thorough testing and cleaning of each lens there are no returns on any of the camera lenses we sell.
